TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The owner of the online store SIRENCATBRAND.COM is Kadrin Hasse (hereinafter referred to as the Online store or Online store owner) who operates through the LHV entrepreneur account, located at Tallinn.
Sirencat brand operates through the LHV entrepreneur account and the income tax rate will be calculated according to Simplified Business Income Taxation Act. The business income tax rate is 20% from the amount received in the entrepreneur account.
The owner of the Online store assumes that the Client have read, understood and accepted the current "Terms and Conditions" and "Privacy policy" before completing the order.
VALIDITY OF CONTRACT OF SALE, PRODUCT AND PRICE INFORMATION
- The conditions of sale apply to purchases of goods from the Online store. Purchases are made by a client (hereinafter referred to as the Client).
- Online store has the right to make changes in “Terms and Condition” and in product prices. Notification about the changes will be released in Online store.
- Online store has the right to cancel order if the price is incorrect due to technical mistake.
- The prices of the products sold in the Online store are indicated next to the products. A fee for shipping is added to the price. All prices of goods sold in the online store are in euros. The shipping cost is displayed when the Client places the order. The shipping cost depends on the location of the purchaser and the shipping method.
- Product information is provided immediately adjacent to the product in the Online store.
PLACING AN ORDER
- Add the desired products to your shopping basket to order them.
- Fill in all of the required fields and choose the most suitable shipping method to complete the order.
- If you have an existing discount code, enter it in the corresponding field (discount code), to get a discount on the order price. Discount applies to products only and does not affect postage.
- To purchase goods, the purchase price and postage must be paid in advance or through PayPal link. For both payments, the payment is made in the relevant payment environment outside the online store. The online store owner does not have access to the Customer's credit card and bank account data.
- Paid in advance: After completing the order, the Customer will receive an e-mail with an purchase invoice. The payment deadline is 3 days (banks outside Estonia 7 working days), if within this period payment is not received in the bank account of the owner of the Online store, the order is not processed and the order is cancelled!
- Paying with PayPal link: When choosing the PayPal payment method to purchase goods, you must follow the instructions of the payment platform, and after making the payment, you will receive a payment confirmation by e-mail.
- Items will be shipped within 3-10 working days, when the amount payable is transferred to the bank account of the online store.
- Items that are marked as “Make a request” will be made within 3-10 working days unless marked otherwise (shipping time excluded) when the amount payable is transferred to the bank account of the online store. Client will be notified when items are ready to ship.
- All prices of Purchases on the Online store are indicated in EUR currency.
- If we cannot deliver the ordered goods due to stock running out or for any other reason, the purchaser will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including the shipping cost) will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.
- The contract enters into force when the amount payable is transferred to the bank account of the Online store owner.
SHIPMENT
- The purchaser bears the shipping cost and the respective price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
- Online store owner is not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left for delivery. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.

Online store owner is not responsible for lost packages.
- All shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the purchaser within 3-7 business days of the date of entry into force of the contract of sale. All shipments outside of Estonia are to arrive within 30 days.
- Online store owner have the right to ship goods in up to 45 calendar days in exceptional cases.
Transport within Estonia:
- Online store owner uses parcel machines to send parcels within Estonia - Omniva 3.40€, SmartPost 3.04€, DPD 3.10€ .
- Orders sent within Estonia will be delivered to the nearest parcel machine according to the address entered.
- When ordering items through a parcel machine, you do not need to enter your home address!
- When ordering items through a parcel machine, please enter in the "Customer info" fields: your e-mail, full name, phone number, country and to the delivery methods - the parcel machine where you want to send your parcel!
Transport to Latvia, Lithuania and Finland:
- Online store owner uses Omniva parcel machines to send parcels to Latvia, Lithuania and Finland - Omniva Latvia €6.99, Omniva Lithuania €8.09, Omniva Finland 11.76€.
- You do not need to enter your home address when ordering items into parcel machine!
- When ordering items through a parcel machine, please enter in the "Customer info" fields: your e-mail, full name, phone number, country and to the delivery methods - the parcel machine where you want to send your parcel!
International transport:
- Online store owner uses Omniva parcel service to send parcels inside and outside of Europe.
- The international parcel service has a fixed price of 12.99€.
- Online store owner try to find the fastest and cheapest delivery method.
- Packages are sent to the delivery point or mailbox of the destination (may vary from country to country).
- For international transport, the "Customer information" mandatory fields are: e-mail, full name, phone number, address, city, country, postal code.
Estimated delivery times:
- Inside Estonia: 2-5 working days.
- Baltic countries: 3-10 working days.
- Europe: 10-20 working days.
- Other countries: 10-30 working days.
- Estimated delivery times may be longer during holidays and weekends.
- All items will be shipped within 3-10 working days!
Self pick up:
- By choosing the delivery method "Self pick up" you can pick up your items in Paavli 5 (hoone 1), Tallinn - previous appointment needed!
- After the Online store owner receive the payment, an e-mail will be sent when the items are complete and ready for pick up.
- You can arrange a pick-up time by writing to Instagram DM, Messenger or sirencat.brand@gmail.com.
Other delivery methods:

methods offered by us are not suitable for you, contact us via Instagram DM,
Messenger or sirencat.brand@gmail.com, and we will find a solution!
GIFT CARD TERMS:
- Gift card comes on paper and can be used only once in web shop or in our Atelier-Showroom. If you want e-gift card, please send message Instagram DM or Messenger.
- When using gift card in web shop, add gift card number into the discount box.
- Gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or cash refund.
- Gift card is valid one year starting from the day of purchase.
- You can pick up your purchased gift card from our Atelier - Showroom or it can be sent it to you by post (customer pays postal fees). E-gift card will be sent to buyers e-mail.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
- After receiving the order, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with the Online store within 14 days. Items must be unopened and unspoiled.
The right of withdrawal does not apply:
- if the purchaser is a legal person;
- the product is made according to the personal needs of the client;
- the product is manufactured in accordance with the conditions specified by the client;
- the product is not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.
- To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, you must not use the ordered goods in any way other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the same way you would be allowed to test the goods in an actual store.
- If the goods have been used for any purpose other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if there are any signs of use or wear and tear, the online store has the right to lower the amount returned in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.
- To return the goods, you must submit a declaration of withdrawal in free form to the e-mail address sirencat.brand@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- The purchaser shall bear the cost of returning the goods, except in cases where the reason for the return lies in the fact that a refundable product does not comply with the order (e.g. a wrong or defective product).
- The purchaser must return the goods within 14 days of the submission of the declaration of withdrawal or submit evidence that they handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
- Upon receiving the returned goods, the online store shall return to the purchaser, immediately but no later than after 14 days, all of the payments received from the purchaser based on the contract.
- The online store has the right to refuse to make the refund until the goods being returned are received or until the buyer has provided proof of returning the products, whichever occurs first.
- If the buyer has clearly chosen a different form of shipment than the cheapest usual form of shipment offered by the online store, the store is not required to compensate the cost exceeding the usual shipping cost.
- The online store has the right to withdraw from the sale and demand that the goods be returned by the purchaser if the marked price of the goods in the online store is significantly lower than the market price of the goods due to an error.
ITEM EXCHANGE
- The buyer is obliged to check that the size and/or color chosen are the correct before completing the order. If you need help choosing a right size, please write sirencat.brand@gmail.com
- Items can be exchanged (in their original condition and in original package with tags, unworn and unwashed) if the requested size is available in stock. If the desired size is not in stock, it will be made within 3-7 working days. Item can also be exchanged for a different garment/accessory.
- Return shipping costs are covered by Client. When returning an item for exchange, please include everything that was part of the original package.
- All returned products undergo quality control. The buyer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the product.
- It may take up to 7 days from the day the item is returned to evaluate the condition of the returned product. If the product has been reviewed and qualifies for a return, the customer will be notified by email. Refunds will be made as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days after the return is accepted.
DEFECTIVE GOODS
- The Online store is responsible for the non-compliance of goods sold to a purchaser with the terms and conditions of the contract or for deficiencies which already existed at the time of delivery and which occur within two years of delivering the goods to the purchaser. Within the first six months of delivery it is assumed that the defect was present at the time of delivery. It is the Online store´s responsibility to prove otherwise.
- The purchaser has the right to turn to the Online store within two months of the occurrence of a defect by e-mailing sirencat.brand@gmail.com.
- The Online store is not liable for any defects arising after delivering the goods to the purchaser.
- If goods bought from the Online store have defects for which the online store is responsible, the Online store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online store shall return to the purchaser all of the payments involved in the contract of sale.
- The Online store will respond to the consumer´s complaint in written form or in a form that enables written reproduction within 15 days.
Leecabe shoes manufacturing defects.
Client has the right to file a complaint within a 2 years if there should occur manufacturing deficiencies. Purchaser should contact by e-mailing sirencat.brand@gmail.com.
Items should be returned according to Online store instructions.
Items will go through expertise and Client will be contacted within 20 days.
Manufacturing defects are not:
- Eroding of innersole, shoelaces and/or other design details.
- Eroding of outsole through mechanical use.
- If the shoes have been used wrongly or in poor conditions.
- If the shoes have mechanical impairment.
FORCE MAJEURE
The owner of the Online store is not responsible for damages caused to the customer or delay in the delivery of the product, if the delay or delay in the delivery of the product is due to a circumstance that the owner of the Online store could not influence and which the owner of the Online store could not foresee.
DIRECT MARKETING AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
- The Online store only uses the personal data entered by the purchaser (including name, phone number, address, e-mail and bank details) for processing the order and sending goods to the purchaser. The Online store forwards personal data to the transport service provider in order to deliver the goods.
- The Online store sends newsletters and offers to the Client's e-mail address only if the purchaser has expressed their wish to receive them by entering their e-mail address on the website and indicating their desire to receive direct mail.
- The Clients is able to opt out of offers and newsletters sent to their e-mail address at any time by letting us know via e-mail or by following the instructions in an e-mail containing an offer.
SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
- All complaints made by a purchaser about the Online store must be e-mailed to sirencat.brand@gmail.com.
- If the purchaser and the Online store are not able to settle the dispute by agreement, the purchaser may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee. The Consumer Dispute Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between a purchaser and the Online store. Resolution of disputes by the Consumer Dispute Committee is free of charge for the purchaser.
- A purchaser may also turn to the dispute resolution bodies of the European Union.
